Re: The OS WWE Dirt Discussion Thread

after doing some thinking with the Punk podcast i do think he came off like a diva in some aspects but it has really made me stop and think about the state of WWE as a whole, they are so frightened to push talent to the moon not named Cena and Orton and they become reliant on part timers over the past couple years, I'll rant more tommorow on my WWE thoughts

Re: The OS WWE Dirt Discussion Thread

Listening to part 2 of the punk podcast now.

Colt is really starting to get on my nerves. I don't know if it is the constant interruptions, the groupie giggling, or what but I want to slap him.

So far not as insightful as the first. He mentioned the Vince/SCSA podcast and...he is not buying the apology.

I like the bit about Rock texting Punk on Thanksgiving.

That's because he was only given about one to two minutes for his spots during that time.

My main takeaway from all the Punk stuff is WWE and their doctors should be thrilled Punk left when he did. Theres a very real possibility he'd be dead right now and they wouldn't be able to blame it on steroids, drugs, or alcohol.

Because he was carried. He has 3 moves. All good spots. But he has nothing in between. Nothing to get him to those spots. He's a freak athlete, he has the look. But that does not mean he can wrestle.

Re: The OS WWE Dirt Discussion Thread

I think Punk has come off very favourably after the podcast. His points were legitimate concerns, and at this point if people can't see why he left then I'm surprised.

I was firmly in the 'f*** CM Punk' camp until I heard it.

Orton carried him to a pretty decent match. Not mind-blowingly good, but not a terrible match.

It was clear as day that the entire match was Orton, though.

And he couldn't be carried in a triple threat? I'm not disagreeing, but it isn't like he's Great Khali out there either.
