Wait, he's going to trial?! (I know what you meant you just used the wrong word) I also think Taker going back to the American Badass persona would be the best way to hide some of his limitations and age. In fact, I'd keep him off TV altogether up to Wrestlemania and have him come out to Kid Rock singing the song live. It'd be a big pop IMO.
