Joe is a legit contender and I could see how AJ could beat him. But yeah there’s not many.

If they don't plan on pulling the trigger on Nakamura and him finally winning the title, then I can see AJ winning and Joe winning MITB and cash in on AJ after a grueling last man standing match. If they plan on putting the title on Nakamura, I can see Balor or Roode winning the men's MITB for RAW.

It seems like the last man standing match is made for there to be a cash in. It would be the perfect scenario for a guy like Miz to cash in, although they seem to have planted the seeds for a Joe/AJ feud

The thing about a scenario like that which I don't like what WWE is doing, is that Joe doesn't need the win.

Mitb holders should be someone who needs to be built up more, and the briefcase gives them a title shot they normally wouldn't get. Joe winning isn't needed since seeds are planted for a future feud anyways.

Yeah, that seems to be the logic WWE has used in recent years. Sort of like what the IC title used to be. Give a guy a credibility boost while he's carrying around the briefcase for months and months. Unless it's obvious they made a mistake, a la Baron Corbin.

And we get to listen to all the commentators refer to the winner as "Mr. Money in the bank," until our will to live is at an all time low.

Looking at both MITBs..

Who I think needs the win the most:
Natalya,Lana,Becky for the womens
Rusev,Roode,New Day for the mens

Who I think WWE is probably gonna give it to:
Charlotte or Alexa for the womens
Owens or Strowman for the mens

Imagine the HEEEEEEEET when Carmella beats Asuka. That'll make for great TV and a great wrestling match.

Imagine the heat for a ppv match in Chicago with Roman and Jinder. WWE is just asking for 15 minutes of fans literally chanting whatever they want. Especially depending what happens tomorrow with UFC in Chicago and CM Punk fighting at it.
