Angle vs Mysterio would have been awful, especially presented as a babyface vs babyface feel-good career sendoff type match. Mysterio's moves require the other guy to hold him up, throw him around and/or bump all over the place. Angle can't do that. He can sit in a Corbin chinlock for 5 minutes tho.

He's the perfect opponent for the man of 1004 chinlocks

Look at the notable name left out of the battle royale. KO. There's your Cena Mania match.

Stephanie says that both the RAW & SD Women's Title will be on the line in the Triple Threat. So this confirms Becky going full 2014 Daniel Bryan and the show closing with Becky holding up both titles.

And hopefully eliminates the possibility a 4 horsewoman curtain call at the end.

I feel like that title announcement should have been a bigger deal. There’s certainly a more dramatic way they could have done that right?

WWE hurt the momentum of this storyline a long time ago, so they sacrificed Asuka in an attempt to try to regain momentum for it but it didn't work.
