Damn. I'm a sucker for customisation. Looks like I'll be buying this haha. Thanks for the info.

You can create a brand for every day of week. Sundays are PPV only.

WWE 2K18 Universe Mode

I like to start all my Universe stories from where we are in real life.

My fave story I’m running so far is on NXT

I’m leaning towards a triple threat between Hideo, Gargano, and Ciampa. Playing off the obvious heat between Jonny and Tomosso. I didn’t want that 1 on 1 yet though so I had to involve someone else.

I managed to get Hideo involved by making him angry that Jonny G paid him no mind when Tomosso came out during their match. Jonny avoided the Tomosso distraction long enough to pin Hideo then Jonny and Tomosso had a stare down and scuffle. Angry that his match was interrupted Hideo came back in the ring after his loss and laid both Tomosso and Jonny out with the GTS. Then cut a promo daring anyone to act like he’s not a threat ever again. Then he promised to drop a bombshell next week.

The next week Hideo said that the person who took him out in the parking lot months ago was Jonny G. He had stayed quiet since then because he knew no one would believe him because DIY were such strong babyfaces.

After this confession Hideo and Jonny went one on one and Jonny cheated to win. After that win he cut a promo admitting he attacked Hideo and said he did it because he thought Hideo was next in line for a title shot and he wanted to leave Tomosso and be inserted into the singles title picture because Tomosso was a horrible person. The only problem was DIY was too good of a team and won the titles. So Jonny G had to bide his time and decide a good time to leave Tomosso. But before he could Tomosso turned on him first and took him out.

I have a whooping 5 more shows until the next takeover so I plan on getting the title on Tomosso before then and making that triple threat a title match. Rodrick Strong is my current champ and ima spend those 5 weeks making an excuse to give Tomosso a title shot

In case anyone is wondering, yes I love creative writing and yes I put a lot of time into my Universe mode. Lol I have at least 4-5 stories between RAW and SD that will be just as complicated. This is the best game mode in sports games if you put some imagination into it.

Re: WWE 2K18 Universe Mode

I have not bought a wrestling game in ages so I must ask.....In Universe mode is it possible to set up shows, matches etc but not actually play the matches themselves? I guess what I'm asking is could I just watch the CPU VS CPU play the card out and I can just watch each match?
