Safe bet is that they are or they're still in as a special announcement. Plus as DLC they could be updated gimmicks and looks. People would have complained if they were old looks.

And I don't like Eva, but with the Total Divas push, she was an easy choice to be in.

I hope the Dudleyz are in but I think they debuted way tooo late. One of the devs said on 2K's website that the DLC has been decided on already and been decided for awhile.
