MLB The Show's Road To the show career mode is one of the oldest career modes in Sports video games since it made it's debut with MLB 06 The Show right after Maddens superstar mode.
While being a good solid career mode it's kind of gotten a bit stale over the years here are some suggestions that could help improve the mode and help it take the next step.

Improving NBA 2k's MyCareer mode (Revisited)

NBA 2k's MyCareer mode is one of the best career modes sports video games have seen in a while. It's a good mode but it could always use some improvements here are some ideas I think would help it.

-In those team practices we should practice the system that the coach uses( learning to run the triangle, princeton, etc.) instead of doing some random task and the coach getting pissed off yelling at you.

Over the years 2k and its MyCareer mode have shown us what a career mode in a sports video game should be of course its not perfect but its one of the best out there right now. It also has the potential to be so much more here a few of my ideas for improving MyCareer mode.
