lol, perhaps what i like the most about manual controls is the manual shooting =)

You can try lowering shot error until you get better, and make no mistakes you will get better. I thought I was hitting the target too much!

One more thing, speed still is off. The players still feel a mite sluggish when they start to run. I tried 48 acceleration and it I just felt it was too much. Maybe normal speed needs to be re-visited? Another option is 10 minute halves with 48 acceleration and like 44 sprint. I haven't tried a 10 minute match yet, but my instincts tell me it would absolutely work without making the game a complete farce. That said my preference is to stay at 15, and try normal, maybe 42/46, something in that area. Everything else looks and feels good, it's just the stupid pace.

Figure there has to be a way, but I haven't gone looking yet...just doesn't work the same way as previous gen.

I unashamedly admit to using a mix of manual and semi/assisted. It works just fine...I usually can only get a game or two in a day...so it works best for me, and keeps me from putting my controller through my tv . Seriously, whatever gives you the most enjoyment. I have a four and five year old so I don't get enough time to practice at full manual. I'm enjoying the game...if I get bored then I'll maybe go full, but for now I'm solid and happy.
