Not off hand, but it's somehwere in this thread. Actually counted awhile back. That's how I came up with us only have 37 CAP slots if we used EA's last roster update as a base.

Looking at the "Player Traits" section now...

Don't see a "Quick Development" trait or choice for that anywhere. Maybe I'm missing what you're trying to say, but that's not an option I don't believe.

When creating a player, the only time you are able to edit/level up the development trait is franchise mode. You don't have an option to even set a development rate on create a player so I wouldn't worry too much about that

Also the Patriots and a few others assigned numbers.
