Personally I think its awesome! The only things that may need some tweaking is BR aggression, fielding range, and speed.

Perhaps also the Plate discipline seems high for a few of the guys I tried it on. I used Barry Bonds 1987 version. It seems the calculator makes up for Fielding Range with Speed being high.

Overall it's awesome and I am using it.

The speed is based on the Bill James score I found at this link

If anybody can tweak that to make more realistic speed scores I would be happy to throw it in, I realize it's making people a bit faster than they might normally be, but I'm willing to deal with that, as I still say it's proportionally the same.

Again, if anybody can find tweaks that work, PLEASE post them on here, so I can change it, with this program, those changes are easy enough to do... Thanks for the kind words!!!

In the roster resource makers thread on the last page "Karle" had a great equation for finding the Baserunning Aggression stat you may want to check it out. Did you decide to do something a little different with Fielding reaction?

I just made it for stat entry, I'm not good enough with excel for drop down menus etc. Feel free to update it if u have the know-how, I just don't.

I keep opening the program and it just takes me to Windows Media Center, but the program didn't come up. What am I doing wrong?
