Appreciate it. I've fallen in love with Tyson Ross. Career low FIP of 2.98 last year and 3rd in the league in Flyball percentage. Would love for the Sox to get it done

I've decided to run an extra franchise, in a 3 year experiment, with QC on to finish the franchise quicker. I want to blow up the Angels & dump Pujols for monetary reasons & use Trout as bait to raid another teams farm system. I;m gonna wait till OSFM drops to do it.
My question is what other team's system should I target? And what;s the best pitcher can I get for Pujols?

There are 3/4 teams where I think you can trade Trout. The Red Sox, Dodgers, Cubs, Braves. That's it. And just pick whatever whatever guys you want from any of those teams.
