Seems to be identical to 2K22 with all the worst things. I saw very bad defense on P&R, bad defensive stop on fastbreak and others legacy problem. Is it the time to say stop to the old gen version?
The gap with the next gen becomes to be relevant

NBA 2K23 Early Impressions

They added this really dope photo lighting to replay mode. You press the Left stick in to switch to the mode then left or right on the d-pad to cycle through the gallery. You also can control the scene and create your own photo like normal.

I suggest taking a look at this setting to see what’s more to your liking. I like Early so far.

The feel of these jumpers is amazing though, reminds me of the older 2Ks where players really load up.
Was going to ask about the shooting setting. Is it just 2 options (early and late) and what exactly do they do? More specifically, how does it effect someone that already has a quick releases vs a player they has a later release?

I actually have seen a whole lot better pnr defence. I don't agree with that tbh.

Again i keep seeing that the pnr defence is whole lot better, i gotta say..

Can the CPU play any offense? This is what ruined the last couple 2ks for me. Every game i play no matter the difficulty they always shoot low 30% and barely ever score over 85/90pts on 12 min qtr.

2K should standardized the settings for online games as it seems too much stuff to modify within 30 seconds. Granted you probably have 5 - 30 seconds but still not enough time to me. I haven't gotten the game yet but just curious based on what I'm seeing.

Yeap i believe so but this coming from the cg video i've been watching around, i'm not playing myself atm. But i can definitely see it right away believe me, it's not like 22, top of the key pnr are being well guarded as well as i've seen some middies get crowded as well, so you gotta play the angles as it should with any pnr.

Ofcourse we definitely need more evidence as well as i play it myself to see it.

And i like they gave us the new in game menus, too!!!

I can already see the movement is whole lot of tighter, too with cg.

But let's reserve my judgement for the next few days and after i get my hands on. Gotta be careful.
