Official NBA 2k14 (next gen) myGM Thread

Well due to the new roster update I decided to finally start a MyGM with my Houston Rockets. I'm definitely sticking with this one.

My first order of business as new GM is to move Jeremy Lin and Omer Asik... But before I did that I wanted to give them a game to show me something.

We lost to the Bobcats by 4 and both of them were horrible.

So I got rid of them.

TRADE:
Raptors get: Lin, Asik, '14 1st rounder, and '15 1st rounder
Rockets get: Kyle Lowry and Aaron Gray

So my lineup becomes:

PG - Kyle Lowry
SG - James Harden
SF - Chandler Parsons
PF - Terrence Jones
C - Dwight Howard
6th - Patrick Beverley
Bench - Francisco Garcia
Bench - Omri Casspi
Bench - Aaron Brooks
Bench - Ronnie Brewer
Bench - Aaron Gray
Bench - Donatas Motiejunas
Res. - Isaiah Canaan
Res. - Greg Smith

We beat down the Mavs in our first game with this lineup. I'm excited about this season. I think this is the move that can put us over the top.

Just Started a MyGM but it seems every team i play , plays the same ….CPU is jus attacking the paint with reckless abandon …I don't know what to change …I'm playing on all-star simulation …somebody please help me

Adjust the sliders and turn the CPU attack the basket down to 35 or so and raise the mid range and 3 pt shot to 55 or so

Damn how come when I start MyGm and MyCareer it crashes back to home menu? How to fix this?

Thanks to another MyCareer crashing, I just started a MyGM. Haven't gotten past my first game yet because I'm stuck trying to trade for Westbrook. I'm willing to get rid of Kobe, Nash, whoever it takes; I just can't seem to work out any cap friendly deals that virtual Presti accepts. You guys are wizards with stuff like that. Somebody help.

Yes, now that you mention it i can remember that Blake got injured during that last game. Thx, now at least i can still save midgame again as long as there are no injuries, I use that feature quite a lot.

Does MyGM have a coach mode? i don't like being able to control the players in a mode like this
