Wii. VC could use the 2k3 engine it used for the gamecube but with Wii controls.

I think the implication in that article is that Tecmo Bowl is joining in a similiar attempt as Visual Concepts to make a nonNFL game.

I wish Tecmo would quit messing around and just put out the real deal already. We've been through this with them a few times before, like when we were supposed to get a game for PS2 and it never materialized... then there have been those mobile versions which nobody cared about.

I'd love to see an updated version of Tecmo Super Bowl. Not the junk they did on PS1, but something with the exact same gameplay, but with updated graphics. Even let us load-in our own music to run during plays and stop when the play ends. That would be the ultimate. Having said that, you just know they're going to screw it all up somehow, lol.

Nah Super Tecmo Bowl. It even had a season mode, something that even All-Pro Football doesn't have.
