It's becoming an obsession. I made my logo and colors and uniforms the first time, and I'm happy with them, but I constantly tweak my roster every day. I've done it maybe 12 or 13 times since I got it launch day.

One of my main problems is deciding on a silver or bronze QB. I tried bronze with Bernie Kosar for a while, but after a while it felt like he was weighing my offense down. I really like Ken Stabler as a silver QB, and I keep switching back and forth between them until I can make up my mind. But, using a silver QB means having to get rid of Roger Craig every time and going with a bronze HB, since my other 2 silvers are an LB and OLB to strengthen my 3-4.

Sometimes i'll set up a nice team, and want to change just one or two players. But i noticed when i did that it changes some of my generic players, and some of those guys can play well so i'd rather just keep the generics as they are then alter the one player haha.

I find myself constantly tweaking as well. My first team is balanced; used the Beasts as the default but changed the color schemes to match the Steelers colors meshed with the Denver Broncos uniform design. Absolutely love the unis, but find myself tweaking players. I'm in love with Marino's quick release and Lester Hayes' cover ability, but the team might be better if I was willing to downgrade the QB and trade up to Night Train and take a lesser QB. But I just can't let Marino go...

My second team is another I'm extremely pleased w/the uniforms - very Maryland Terrapin-ish. Stabler at QB throwing to Rice is an absolute thing of beauty sometimes - I've spent hours just in practice mode. Catch anims are insane, and there's nothing like seeing a receiver run under a perfectly thrown deep pass. Or seeing Jerry turn a 10yd crossing pattern into a 60yd RAC td. Just added Raymond Berry to the team and the two seem to compliment each other really well. Running game is zip though. Harry Carson seems like he's going to be a good fit after trying Singletary and Lambert - who for some reason punishes me when I play against him.

Only once, to get the edit team achievement. To me it's not all about how good the unis look etc. And create a player is never popular w me for ANY football game.

this is why we can create up to 8 different teams per profile. make different teams for different styles of play

I must tweak my team nightly. I usually wait until it gets late then I go nuts and tweak away.
