Resurrecting Your Favorite Team?

I am so hooked on this game! I had no idea there would be so many 49er players available! My only problem is, I had to pick Lott over Rice( give me 1 more gold player 2k!). The only other non 49er player I added was "Too Tall" Jones(great move BTW, he is an animal in this game). Are you guys rebuilding your favorite team or are you mixing it up?

I went with the Johnny U/Raymond Berry combination but ended up naming the team the "Pasadena Phoenix". My Baltimore(Blackbirds) team is defense oriented, but I have to create players to somewhat mimic their "Earth Prime" counterparts, the Ravens.
PS-I'm hooked on the game too.

Sadly I think the best Niners team is when you just completely go all offense. I did this, I know Lott is a great player, but other than that there are just a few other players on defense that ever even played for the Niners. I got StClair and four other bronze lineman and Rathman. If you run counters to craig faking to rathman you can get some pretty good results, when the defense jumps on it, dont fake it to rathman hand it to him and you will get some pretty good yards. With a line like that, Montana/Young and Rice with Clark one the other side and Jones at TE you almost have to try not to score on every drive. Its pretty hard to stop the other team without a single star on defense though. Its pretty fun though.

i created a Browns legend team... i think there was 13 ex Browns players in the game, i left off one kicker and one linebacker..

i also created a notre dame alumni team... 10 ND alumni in the game.. the only guy not from ND is Otis Wilson..

I made my Raiders, and I was able to get all ex-Raiders on my team, and what's even greater is that I can have a couple of different permutations because there are so many Raiders on the legends list. The only thing I wish they had is more front seven guys like Howie Long, Greg Townsend, Matt Millen. Maybe the proceeds 2k makes from this game will give them enough dough to get some of these guys!

The only Giants I have on my team are Harry Carson and Carl Banks.

Randall Cunningham hasn't been working for me so I might give Jeff Hostetler a shot.
