MLB to Have League Wide Draft!!!!

Denver, CO - Major League Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig, has announced that all players from MLB, AAA, and AA will be sent into the Free Agent Pool, and that the 30 teams will have a draft. "This was the only way to introduce salary cap to the MLB" Selig stated in his press conference. Rounds 1-25 will be on Friday, 26-50 on Saturday, and 51-75 on Sunday. The order will be drawn randomly and every rounds' order will be swapped(example: 1st pick in 1st round gets 30th in the 2nd, so on and so forth).
