I think we finally have some momentum going forward. We're finally figuring out that hitting thing and our pitchers have figured out the idea for the them is to NOT let the opponent touch that flat thing they throw baseballs across. I've been trying to rest a few players here and there, even if only for a few innings until our day off comes around next week.

Also, I think I'm gonna juggle the lineup. Taka has been doing decent enough at second, so I think he's gonna stick there. Between Lance and Juan, it's gonna be whomever is the hot hand at the moment, or wichever isn't making 5 errors -- catch that Juan? I'm not sure what's up with Pops, he's been in a lull since his first at-bat of the season. Billy is coming along and Rube continues to hit, so I like what the new middle of our order will bring.

Hot damn! Our team figured out what a winning streak is! It would've been nice to bring out the brooms for the sweep, but you gotta tip your cap to Liriano, he was hitting his spots all night long. It was sure great to see us win four straight and score at least seven runs in those four games. We travel to Chicago tomorrow where we'll see a rematch of Hog and Mark Buehrle. Both got beat up pretty bad in Cleveland two weeks ago. And then to cap the series we'll get a rematch of Doc and John Danks. Should be an exciting series.

I guess Charlie tells me I've got some fan mail to answer, yippee...

That's actually been our strategy all year long, Willie just hit like sh** to begin the season. He's coming around now, actually he's hitting .395 in his last ten games, so I'll take it. I try to get our hitters to work the count and wait for their pitch. It worked out nicely in game two against the Twins. Willie lead off the game with a single and then stole second. Taka did his job by advancing him to third on a groundout and then Dorn simply hit it to the right side to drive Willie in. Then later in the game Jake, who also is coming around as of late, worked a ten pitch at-bat before drilling his fourth homer of the season. Heh, guess this new feature isn't that bad...
