Richmond- Playing for just the second time in seven games, Bowie 2B Casey Benjamin managed just two walks in five trips to the plate, ending the day 0 for 3 with two line outs and a DP ground out in a 4-3 Bowie victory over Richmond. Interviewed after the game, Benjamin refused to cause waves, saying: "We won the game, plain and simple. I wish I could have done more, but it wasn't my night. As for my playing time, well I'm here whenever coach needs me, I'm a team player, end of story."

Richmond- Despite a strong night in the field, Baysox LF Casey Benjamin continued to flounder at the plate, going just 1 for 5 in Bowie's 2-1 victory over Richmond.
Struggling for the first time in AA, Casey has gone just 2 for his last 12, with 4 strikeouts, 2 walks, and one extra base hit.
"That's baseball" said Casey, "I still feel I'm seeing the ball well, they're just not dropping like they were earlier in the season."

Richmond- A nightmare of a series came to a fitting end for Casey when he fanned on a 2-2 change-up to seal the Baysox fate in a 1-0 loss at Richmond.
Despite a solid day in left, Benjamin showed no signs of breaking out of this mini-slump he's been in, going 1 for 4 with a single and a HBP, dropping him to 2 for 12 in the series, and 3 for his last 16 overall with 3 walks, and 4 strikeouts

Bowie- Despite a poor error out in left, Baysox outfielder Casey Benjamin was once again solid at the plate, going 2 for 5 with 2 singles while also scoring the game winning run on a 10th inning walk off ground rule double by Mike McDade as the host Baysox defeated the Erie SeaWolves by the score of 4-2.
