CCU caps a great season

Charleston, SC - The Chants capped a very successful season on Saturday, beating rival Charleston Southern 68-55. This was a great game for momentum leading into the conference tournament and considering they will face CSU in the first round. G Holloway continues his rehab back, and looks poised to rejoin the team should they make it to the NCAAs.

Conway, SC - The impact of not having Holloway was certainly felt during the first half of this Tournament opener. It is understandable since he is the team's best player, but the they were able to overcome it in the second half to advance into Round 2. Waiting for Coastal in Round 2 is 5 seed UNC Asheville.
