New York --It was a big win for Coach Corbin and his Utah Jazz defeating the Knikcs 105-94.
Al Jefferson led the team with 23 points 9 boards. Hayward had 19 points and Millsap included 18 points 10 boards.
Al Jefferson after the game, "we played as a team tonight everybody got involed in some type of way. We need to play lke this night in and night out if we want to be contenders."
Coach Corbin,"it was a good win for us maybe the best win of the season." Also he singled out Hayward for the D he played on Melo tonight. Holding him to only 15 points shooting 6 of 16.
Amar'e had 16 points 11 boards. Coach D'Antonio said, "We turned the ball over more times than they did and thats how we lost, we have to bounce back and learn from our mistakes."
Utah will have a day to rest before they travel to Milwauke to face the Bucks and the league leader shot blocker (Andrew Bogut).
He is avg 2.3 BLKS a game.
Milwaukee-- Jazz cruise to 4th staright win by defeating the Bucks 118-106
Paul Millsap led the Jazz with 21 points 6 boards. While frontcourt mate Jefferson threw in 15 points 12 boards of his own.
But the biggest suprise was Jermey Evans. Coach Corbin decided to give him extra minutes and he did not dissapoint finishing with his (career high) 17 points. Jerey Evans said, "Hard works pay off at the end."
Bucks leading scorer was Stephen Jackson with 27 points. Drew Gooden added 18 and Jennings finshed with 16. With Andrew Bogut being in foul trouble (only playing 11 minutes) the Utha Jazz killed the bucks inside all night long.
Coach Corbin and the Jazz will have two days off before they host the face breaking Denver Nuggets which they lost to earlier in the season.
Al Jefferson said, "Practice makes Perfect we will be ready to face Denver and put on a show for our home crowd."
