Indiana --Jazz beat the Pacers 97-86 in Indiana.

Good thing Al Jefferson woke up in time for the fourth quarter just scoring 2 points in the 1st half.

Jefferson said after the game, ''I was a little late and slow on transition plays and just a bit slow overall. It almost cost us but we were able to pull out the fourth quarter and get this done."

Jefferson had 24 points 12 boards to add another double double. Harris chipped in 16 points and 7 assists. Paul George led the way for the Pacers with 19. Darren included 18.

Utah will continue on the road visiting the Palace taking on the Detriot Pistons. Greg Monroe avg 15.3ppg 11.9reb

Jazz Cruise to second straight win

Detroit --Al Jefeerson scored 17 points with 10 boards to lead his team to a 97-83 vicotry for second straight win.

Greg Monroe led the pistons with 16 points 13 rebounds. Rookie Brandon Knight added 16 points

Greg Monroe said, "we got out to a slow start and we put our selves in a huge whole by trying to come back, we have to get out to quicker starts.''

Paul Millsap added 14 points 10 boards Gordon Hayward tied his season high 15 points and Alec Burks Devin Harris Earl Watson all had 10 points each.

Coach Corbin said, "He loved the scoring from everybody when we play as a team its tough to beat us".

Utah will have a quick turn around traveling to New York to face the Knicks tomorrow. Carmelo Anthony avg 23.5 points a game...
