The Suns are coming off of a 39-43 campaign in 2013-2014, but many expected more out of such a talented team. Those people that expect more include Suns Owner Robert Sarver.

Robert felt changes needed to be made, and he has recently made them this offseason. Those changes started with the firing of GM Ryan McDonough, who was recently let go earlier this morning. It was announced in a press release this morning.

"The Phoenix Suns and General Manager Ryan McDonough are no longer together. After a disappointing season last year, we felt it was time for a new person, a new opportunity. We wish Ryan the best of luck moving forward. Our new GM will be Archie Wagner, effective immediately."
