The Toronto Raptors take to the road to take on the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday evening. Led by strong performances from Pascal Siakam and Kyle Lowry, the Raptors are 9-1 over their last ten games and look to pad their lead atop the Eastern Conference standings. The Brooklyn Nets sit in third place in the Eastern Conference standings, and fell to the Raptors 117-95 earlier last week. However, with a talented roster featuring Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, the Nets are always a threat to take down the league's top talent.

The Nets will be without guard Spencer Dinwiddie, as he continues to deal with a pulled left calf muscle. The Raptors will be without Serge Ibaka and Patrick McCaw. Ibaka continues to deal with back spasms, and has been upgraded to day-to-day while McCaw is out with a hyperextended right shoulder.

Raptors Lose McCaw For 6-8 Weeks

The Toronto Raptors announced that Patrick McCaw is expected to miss 6 to 8 weeks of action after suffering a hyperextended right shoulder in the Raptors 117-95 win over the Brooklyn Nets.

Primarily a small forward, McCaw has seen extended playing time at the point guard position as a member of the Raptors' league-best bench squad. McCaw had been averaging 5.2 PPG to go along with 3.0 APG as he consistent acted as the floor general for the Raptors' bench unit. Without another point guard on the roster, it's unclear how the Raptors will fill McCaw's vacancy. However, coach Nick Nurse hinted that guard Fred VanVleet and Terrence Davis II may see an increase in playing time.

The Raptors take on the Nets once again on Wednesday evening, and it will be interesting to see how McCaw's absence will effect the Raptors' bench unit.

Raptors Head Into All Star Break With Big Win Over Nets

Pascal Siakam led the charge for the Raptors, putting up a double-double with 34 points and 15 rebounds. The Raptors also got a double-double performance from Kyle Lowry, who finished the game with 24 points and a whopping 16 assists.

Are the injuries occurring because of the games being simmed or are you manually injuring you're team players? If because of sim I may utilize this myself because none of my players get injured while the rest of the league have to manage with them. Doesn't seem fair to my opponents.

The most recent injuries have both occurred during games that have been simmed, but I have had injuries in the past during games that have been played as well. Try toggling with the injuries slider and see if that helps.
