Putting the video clips of the players you are talking about is such a great touch. I remember you asked for feedback a few years ago and some of the feedback you got was around showing pics of players so we could better relate to them.

Including videos like this are just taking that concept to the next level. Thanks for helping to immerse us in the world.

I'm really excited about the future videos where I'll have a nice archive of highlights to use in the podcasts for that exact reason. Plus, when we get some game broadcasts up I think those videos will be fun to see these guys in action.

Moving right along to reacting to the NBA Draft. Including analysis by The Athletic and the Draft Confidential posts from pre-draft to refresh on names.

Great stuff. It feels like Lorbek would have fit well alongside Qualls, but the Bucks missed out by 1 pick and reached for a wing there.

It will be interesting to see what Javon Boston does this offseason.

Love the analysis there on draft night. Big fan of the trade for the warriors to secure Jalen House. I think he could fit nicely with that core. Wouldn't be surprised to see him get significant minutes and average double digits this year.

Pelicans had themselves a nice draft as well.

Can't wait to see what Jevon Boston does and if the Clippers try and pick him up in this draft. Don't think anyway unseats DeeDee for #1, but maybe it's him

Bucks have really missed out on draft picks to pair with Qualls. That’s basically all they’ve done, really. Didnt love that selection by them at all, but at that point in the draft there wasn’t an elite wing to go for, and with Qualls and Brandon Boston (83 ovr) at the two guard spots, getting someone like House, Appling, Napier or Marsh just didn’t make sense.

House may have to get minutes, simply because there aren’t a lot of other options. Granger and Briggs will get first shot, but with the luxury tax ceiling now in place, the Dubs don’t have the financial flexibility to add a big named starter there. Trial by fire for House and all the other young pieces on the roster.

Since you both mentioned him, including it here, but I’m excited for what Jevon does, especially because it’ll make next year’s draft so unique. Clippers almost have to take him, even if they’re at no. 1 and DeeDee is better (which we’ll unveil this season with the season recaps, again). If he hangs out for a year for them and then doesn’t get picked by them, that’s a pretty awful look.

I've been watching the draft recaps and one question remains -- any plans to add the Banchero & Wemby classes? Or that ship has sailed?
