Re: New York welcome Coach Kahuma, Farve, and new future

Jets sneak into the Playoffs

The Colt and Jets were both competing for the final playoff spot. The Jets needed the Colts to lose and they were in, if the Colts won, they would have to win to get in. Where the Colts would need the Jets to lose, and they win. When all was said and done the Jets won there game against Miami, sealing the last Wildcard spot. Even though the Colt knocked off the undefeated Titans it didn’t matter.

Fake Punt Pass losses game

SD 30-24 NYJ

1st Quarter

Chargers opening drive ends in a 4 yard TD run by LT into the endzone.

2nd Quarter

Kelin Johnson picks off a pass by Rivers, tackled at the NYJ 37.

4th and 1 on NYJ 46, Jets go for it, handing it off to Richardson who bust forward for a 7 yard gain and a 1st down.

A left leg injury puts Keller out for the game.

3rd and 12 and Favre goes deep to Johnson, He jumps up and collides with FS Eric Weddle but hangs on! 23 yard TD.

1 yard TD pass from Rivers to Jackson.

Sinorice Moss takes the kick return 93 yard for a Touchdown!

With less than :30 left in the half Favre finds wide open Jerricho Cotchery who takes it 51 yards and a TD.

3rd Quarter

30 yard FG good by Serna.

4th Quarter

1 yard TD run by LT.

Kaeding tries the long 51 yard attempt to tie the game and it’s good. 2:32 remaining.

Sione Pouha hits his head and is removed from the game.

Rivers throws a pick right to Kerry Rhodes! Jets have the ball on their own 49 with :35 left in the game.

Gholston breaks through the line and sacks Rivers on the 8 yard line!

Charges take the game into OT.

OT

Jets win the coin toss and elect to receive.
