Just read the sticky at the top of the forum, if you follow a couple links OS has created some table generators, real spiffy stuff!

Nice job on the tables, they sure make things cleaner.

Hopefully this weekend, I'll get back into it, since the semester will be done by then.

How old is Coles?

Jets continue to roll, trample 49ers 31 - 7
The Jets continued their storybook season this weekend as they shut down the 49ers lethal passing attack en route to a 31 - 7 victory. By the end of the 1st half, the constant pressure had hounded Alex Smith into 3 interceptions, and the Jets were well on their way to victory. The Jets did not allow a single offensive touchdown, and leaned on the running game late to pound out the victory. Anquan Taylor also had a fine game passing the ball, although his 3 interceptions (to 3 touchdowns) did hurt the team.

Re: Rebuilding the Jets - Milkman41's Jets dynasty, starting in 2012

Jets place Felton on injured reserve
The Jets have announced that rookie CB Tyson Felton, picked high in the 2012 2nd round, has been placed on injured reserve with a torn MCL. Felton struggled initially, but has been coming on of late, and finished his rookie season with 14 tackles, 1 for a loss, 1 sack, and 77% catches allowed (though only on 9 tries). Additionally, Felton played in 6 games and on 137 downs, and did not miss a single assignment, according to the coaching staff.

To take his place, the Jets have signed CB Brock Monroe, a rookie out of Howard University. Monroe is the shortest CB on the team a 5'10", but is built strong (192 lbs), and has good speed (92). In addition, the Jets have announced the signing of FS Pat Adkins, a 1-year veteran out of LSU. Adkins has the size to play SS (6'2", 221), and has the potential to be great in zone coverage. Both of these players also bring valuable experience and skills in the return game, which has been slightly lacking.

To make room for Adkins, the Jets released SS Trey Blair, a UDFA who had been inactive in every game.

Re: Rebuilding the Jets - Milkman41's Jets dynasty, starting in 2012

Jets announce pair of extensions, more on the horizon
The New York Jets announced today that they have re-signed FB Carl Stewart and C Joel Switzer. Stewart, who was brought in during training camp, is an explosive runner from the fullback position, and is a fast, punishing, and relentless blocker. For the season, he has 8 rushes for 39 yards (4.9 YPC) and 2 catches for 4 yards and 1 TD. For his career, in which he has bounced from Minnesota to Jacksonville to Detroit back to Minnesota and finally to New York, Stewart has 13 rushes for 47 yards (3.6 YPC), as well as 26 receptions for 203 yards and 2 TDs. Stewart, who will finally know stability, will earn $1.9M over the next 3 years, with a signing bonus of $250k and incentives worth $500k for 16 games started and 1000 rushing yards each.

Switzer, a rookie, was picked in the 4th round of the 2012 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers, but was cut in training camp. Head Coach Steve Caruzzo, who had wanted to draft Switzer, pounced on him, and he is now a valuable backup on the line. He has the potential to be an elite pass-blocker, but other deficiencies may hold him back from ever being an elite player. He will, however, earn $1.1M over the next 3 years.

Sources say several players are currently in negotiations with the team, and that more deals are expected in the near future.
