What is interesting about it? That is the starting line up pretty much everyone expected.

It's interesting to me. It wasn't shocking or surprising, just interesting. Novak back to guard, Douglass off the bench, two rs-freshman bigs and the true fresh Hardaway.

So who is in Darius Morris's ear telling him he's ready for the NBA?

OK what happened, I remember him stating he was staying.

He's testing the waters in the draft. Didn't hire an agent, so we'll see what happens.

Also, noticed that this thread is quite old. Ha.

I can't imagine he'd be graded a 1st rounder. He seems like the classic example of "needs another year". If he improves even half as much as this year I could see him mentioned as a fringe lottery pick next year.

Re: Michigan Basketball 2009-2010 Season

Wow, so he's officially gone... this really depresses me, I thought Michigan would have a top 25 team this/next year. Especially considering Novak (the heart of the team) is hitting his senior year, not to mention Douglass. I just thought Morris needed 1 more year. I'm not sure where to rank us now.

Re: Michigan Basketball 2009-2010 Season

I think we're still in the upper half of the Big Ten. Losing Morris is heartbreaking, because he was one of the B1G's best players by the end of last season, and we could've been in for a very special season this year if he came back. So losing him is a definite setback...but Brundidge and Burke are both very talented, so if one of them can grab the reigns, we should still be pretty decent.
