Who is the BEST Team in College Basketball

To me it's still MY Louisville Cardinals

I mean We have one of the BEST defenses in College Basketball

We have a Balanced Offence

2 Good guards and 3 good Big Man

We are just an OVERALL great team this year

I would go with Duke at this point.

They are flying under the radar, but Florida is tough this year. Luke Winn had an article this past week looking at the legitimate title contenders based on offensive and defensive efficiency and right now the only two teams in the country in the top 10 in both are Florida (#2 in both) and Duke (#5 offensive, #7 defensive).

Florida played an awful last minute against Arizona and blew that one and then played awful @ KState the entire game, but outside of that they have been a machine.

With Ryan Kelly healthy, yes. Without him as they are at the moment, no.

This year I don't think there is a "best" team. There are a lot of very good teams, but not one team that stands out.

To me its a no brainer. Kentucky has Davis, MKG, Lmb, Jo...wait, that was last year. Sorry. I meant Kentucky has the Harrison twins, James Young, Marcus Lee, Dak....dang it....that's next year.

Ok, so it isn't Kentucky. I tend to agree with redsrule that there doesn't seem to be a team that is head and shoulders above the rest. Right now the team playing the best is probably Florida IMO.

I think this year's tourney is going to be a complete bracket buster though. Should be fun to watch.

Although it pains me to say it, I think Duke has the best team followed by the Louisville Cardinals. I like Plumlee in the low post better than I like Dieng and Behanan and Curry/Cook/Suilamon are more consistent than Siva/Smith/Blackshear.

I realize that Dieng didn't play when the two teams squared off in the Bahamas, however, I think Duke has more offensive firepower and is solid on D. Louisville has a better defense, well, if you count "hacking and grabbing" every single play as good defense. With that being said, neither team is "great" especially considering their go-to scorers are Seth Curry and Russ Smith who will both be bench warmers at the next level, that is, if they even make a pro roster.

Too hard to tell at this point. I certainly would not put Louisville ahead of Syracuse right now considering SU has the better record and just beat them on their own court. I would say right now that their is about 10 teams that could win it all.
