Seastrunk is suppose to be in town next weekend, isn't he?

He said he'll probably commit during his visit this weekend.

Re: 2009 Auburn Tigers Football

Seastrunk keeps everyone guessing
Quote:
On Friday, the first day he and his teammates competed in the Texas 7-on-7 state championships, Seastrunk showed up wearing an LSU shirt and Southern California armbands and socks. He also wore a pair of Auburn shorts during the event.

"People want to say well, he's 80 percent going to Auburn," he said. "For all they know, I could be going to USC or LSU or Florida. I am going to go where I feel most comfortable."

This, even though he made public comments during Auburn's Big Cat recruiting weekend directed at Alabama head coach Nick Saban to the tune of "Wait until we get here." Could those comments have revealed more than he wished to reveal publicly? Or was he caught up in the moment?

One reporter who covers recruiting in the state of Texas as close as anyone agreed that Auburn is the current leader, but cautioned that Seastrunk could end up anywhere. "He could end up at Baylor for all we know. He's just that type of kid."
Seastrunk, who also told at least one reporter that he plans to visit Texas again unofficially, offers no hints at even when he may decide.

"I've got a plan and all I can tell you is it's super funny," he said.

Kid is a goofball.

He has never publicly said that.

Is that this weekend or next weekend? I read where Trovon Reed is visiting AU this weekend but haven't read anything on anyone else. Apparently Seastrunk's ride fell through?

Trovon Reed is having a fundraiser in honor of his late mother this weekend, and it looks like lache might be going to that instead, which would be understandable.

Apparently Ahmad Dixon is coming all the way out to check it out through because "trovon and lache won't stop talking about it"

Re: 2009 Auburn Tigers Football

Baylor has surpassed FSU, Alabama, and tejas to move to #1 on my most hated schools list.

Their fans are straight clowns (we're recruiting a few of the same players).

I'm sure you've heard the saying about Old Miss that they have "the arrogance of Alabama with the history of Vanderbilt."

Baylor fans have taken it to another level.

The most hilarious thing about their arrogance is that Auburn, despite having their worst team in 55 years in the SEC finished with more wins last year than Baylor having their best team in over a decade playing in the Big XII. I'm starting to wonder if there isn't a D2 Auburn in Texas that they are confusing the real Auburn with.
