What does that picture prove?

Looks like you did not watch the game. They were up 31-7 when Tebow went down. Funny how your boy Colt McCoy was slinging the rock in the 3rd quarter up 47-7, but that was cool. OK guy.

I love some of you guys. Absolutely clueless when it comes to actual facts.

Re: Tebow hurt.

What was wrong with Tebow being in the game? They were up comfortably, but it was still a 3 possession game and there was still a quarter and a half left. The game was far from over.

Should teams stop playing competitively after going up by 21?

Re: Tebow hurt.

I have absolutely no problem with Tebow still being in the game in that situation. Style points, style points, style points. If you saw the game, they got out to a 24-0 1st quarter lead but then slowed down a bit in the 2nd. McCoy, Bradford, hell TT was in when VaTech had the game well in hand on Saturday. It's just an unfortunate situation.

Re: Tebow hurt.

It's not so much the fact that Tebow was playing with the lead by three touchdowns in the second half, but rather that Meyer played him at all against Kentucky, seeing that he was already physically ill. If a player is too ill to ride in the same transportation, and has to travel away from the rest of the team, then he shouldn't play much at all.

And that immediately fires back to your excuse that McCoy is gunning the score up. McCoy is in good health. If Tebow had been in great health and this happened, I wouldn't be nearly as critical toward Meyer about it. I like Meyer, and I like Florida, but I question that decision.

Texas played 5 QBs in the game, including Chiles in the wildcat
