When I played that in full screen it looked like the crown of his helmet barely missed Jacory's facemask or jaw. Doesn't really matter now, it was within the NCAA rules.

As clean a hit as you will see, Jacory Harris is just too small to be a BCS QB and plays like that are why.

If not for the NFL adopting the Tom Brady "OMG YOU TOUCHED THE QB!!!" rules it wouldn't even be a question.

Not really much of a debate, it was clean but unfortunate the guy got injured.

I am liking Morris so far. He is making smart decisions and isn't trying to do it all when he does get the chance to pass.
