Re: More schools in trouble?

I'll believe it when I see it.

With that said, there was buzz about Nick Saban visiting with Barry Sanders Jr. here in Oklahoma. It was all over sports talk radio here and they were talking about how Saban was blatantly breaking NCAA rules.

I'm not really sure what rules he was breaking. Is he not aloud to come visit a player?

At any rate, it caused an uproar.

At this point it seems like anyone could come out and say "There will be major scandals coming to college football in the near future" and they'd be right eventually.

Let me look into my crystal ball... yep the sun will definitely rise tomorrow.

I think Robinson and Wetzel have earned a bit of credibility. At least in my book.

As far as I know, at this point of the recruiting season, coaches are not allowed to have any contact with juniors. Any contact between the two parties must be initiated by the player. As for Saban being in Oklahoma, coaches are allowed to visit the high school, but can't talk to the player.
