Re: B1G Releases 2014 Schedule

I would say Purdue got a nice schedule. The hardest teams will be at home (outside of Nebraska) and we have a decent shot at getting to a bowl game.

The biggest thing is holy crap, Rutgers is in for a beating sadly. They get their bye early then face the gauntlet. That's just down right cruel, especially being put in a constant stacked division that the East is.

I think a .500 conference record or above would be a decent season.

Not a chance pal.

And they scheduled all the premium teams for RU so they can get as many eyeballs watching for the BTN.

Someone hasn't had their team play Ohio State or Michigan at home very often. With a huge Michigan alumni base in NYC and Rutgers have three sellouts in the four year history of their new stadium and an average attendance of 44k, you sure about "not a chance?"

Not quite sure I follow your logic. Rutgers doesn't have a huge fanbase, sure people in the NYC metro will have better access to the games on TV but its a huge leap to assume they will watch.
