Had the same issue but I got it fized when I decrypted the file. Are you on RCPS3 or an actual ps3?

We just shared a huge overhaul to Treyz 20-21 rosters and fixed a bunch of players and added a bunch of teams, the explanation and file is in a new thread titled: UPDATED 2020-21 PS3 Rosters.
