I just updated the sliders in the first post.

I started my legacy last night, but because it is a 4 team legacy MSU, ND, Colorado, Holy Cross, I had to spend alot of time recruiting so I only got 1 game in.

New Mexico @ Colorado(Me). Both teams are rated 78 overall.

New Mexico was up by 13 early 25-12 but I cut the lead to 33-25 @ the half. I finally took the lead at 54-53 with about 5 minutes to go in the 2nd half, they then quickly went up by 8 and it looked pretty grim, but I was able to widdle their lead down and sank 2 FT's with 1.6 seconds remaining to send it into OT with the score tied at 70. The overtime turned into a mad frenzy and I eventually lost 90-84.

Some key stats I remember. Both teams were 8/18 from 3 point land for 44.4%(both teams have multiple player rated in the 80's for 3's so I am not too concerned with shooting over 40%). I forced 15 turnovers, they forced 9. I shot 47.8% for the game, they shot 61% which killed me, but to be honest, I wasn't playing good D and New Mexico has 3 pure shooters on their team and Giddens is a very good player. Giddens scored 24 for New Mexico while Roby went off for Colorado for 37 points. All the other stats seemed in line. I ended up with 64 shots including the OT, and New Mexico shot 58 times.

I may tweak the sliders a point here or there but when 2 teams rated 78 overall go into OT, I can't really find too much fault.

Great game. Simply AMAZING that you can score that much in a 26 minute game!

Only 2 things I want to comment on at this time is HUMAN DEF AWARENESS I think needs to come up some or the CPU will continue to shoot that good against you. I bet you have the worst DEF shooting % in your conference for all 4 teams after 10 games.

Other thing is I don't like the steals. I don't feel much difference with the ball being protected in Singler's hands versus Zoubek and I don't like that. I think this 99/95 stuff is making everyone the same. Do I want steals/turnovers yes, but I still want a difference between my players on the court. When I recruit the #1 PG in the nation I don't want him to be as likely to get his pocket picked as the #500 PG in the nation. I am worried that sliders that close to 100 now negate the attributes of the opposing player.

Well there were 5 minutes of OT too, but yeah, that got pretty high scoring. I have to see how the shooting %'s are after a few more games because that game I played as MSU vs. Indiana in quickplay the other night, I held them to 40.8%. I play Hofstra @ HC tonight. If Hofstra shoots over 50% against me, I'll most likely up my defensive awareness to 55.

The steals are going to be tough for me to fix. I would much rather lower sliders than raise sliders. So you may want to lower ball handling and Offensive Awareness and Ball Handling down to 10 or 20 and leave the steal success at 50 and test this route. I am not going to attempt that because thats where I was testing when everything broke and Holy Cross was able to blow out UNC, Memphis, Georgetown on MOP. Then when I moved the sliders back up for the AI, everything was still out of whack and I was still thrashing these teams. I had to delete everything and start over. But in theory, if you lower sliders, the gap between the great players and good players, and good players and average players remains. If you raise sliders, things can get blurred. Good players can became great and great players just get maxed out, so the differentiations goes away.

yea there are way too many steals but thats about my only complaint so far pretty good
