I've seen a lot of that too, the old "push the guy down and steal the ball" move the CPU loves to pull on you.

It's actually one of the main reasons I'm thinking of going back to 2k6. Playing the two makes you realize that 2k6 had better gameplay (taking charges is a huge part of the game).

Not me!

I can live without the charging foul. The blocking foul called sometimes when it should be a shooting foul doesnt happen to me very often as I coach only.

This game is great!

I agree. It's VERY annoying not to be able to draw any charges, but the game is still very very fun to play. (At least on 360)

Sadly I agree the overall gameplay of 2k6 was better

Has anyone found any good sliders to fix the charging.

Fellows I'm really suprised that so many off you are not getting charges called. I see 2-3 on the average being called per game. I wonder if playing styles as far as Defense is concerned.

Re: Number one problem with this game

I think the primary reason no charges are called is because the take charge animation is too slow . . . at least for the user.

I think it takes about a second and a half (about) after pressing the button for the player to finish the animation. If you don't finish the animation before the collision with the ballhandler, a blocking foul is called.

It's funny that when I drive to the basket, they call charging on me more often - guess the CPU knows to finish that animation at the right time.
