Also considering a PS3 purchase - EB is offering either NHL08, Assassin's, COD4, Ratchet or NFS with the 40/80 gig PS3. Which one should I grab?

Played the demos of NHL08 and RAC - both are great. I would guess NHL08 has more replayability.

I have NHL 08 for the 360, and if you're a hockey fan it is a great game. Do you know if this bundle is good at all EB Games or is it just an in-store special where you are at?

I think R&C is an awesome game. I also enjoyed the demo of NHL. I did not like the NFS ProStreet demo at all.
