Based on the threads topic, my vote is the PS3. It has all the same top sports games the 360 has, plus MLB Show and Maybe a sleeper in a couple of years with NBA Inside.

People are just being cheap with the price talk all the time, for $399 you are still getting a great package.

FF we definitely agree here! Stop being cheap and get one already. The PS3 is a great system. Don't get me wrong my Xbox 360 is the #1 system in my home. But my PS3 does so many great things, and I'm still learning so much that I didn't know it was capable of.

Overall PS3 is a well put together system and I don't see why $399 is such a big deal, when it's probably worth so much more. Not to mention it does everything a high end PC can do and even Print Photos...lol.

System is worth every penny!

P.S. I still love my 360 more though

The man speaks the truth (except the last part, I don't have a 360).

Lol, then you too are missing out on a great gaming console. Having both is a blessing in disguise!

I don't have the $$$, and all the exclusives I want are on the PS3. My roommate keeps flirting with the idea of getting a 360 though.

Re: If you could have one console for sports games?

I'm having more fun playing sports games on PS3 but I'll probably keep my 360 for Mass Effect 2. Plus, most of my buddies have 360's.

Really, it's the only reason I still have a 360.

Not trying to pick a fight, but what are you talking about? All PS3 games are on blu ray discs, thus using blu ray technology. Not sure what you are alluding to....
