Very Good/Star players that you just CAN'T perform with

For me are the following players:

Matt Cain... What a piece of trash. Seems like people see ball really well coming out of his hands. A waste.

Andrew Miller: Man that Fastball-Slider combination doesn't fool many people online at all. Ended up selling him for someone like J.P Howell and Tony Watson...which people can't hit online.

Matt Kemp...Have acquire him three times now because of his awesome stats...I can't put up more than a .240 average with the occasional homerun with him.

Which is why I stick with Players I click with or have a batting stance I can time down.

Those bronze and silver players can easily outplay a Gold/Diamond you're not comfortable with.

Trout has the 2nd lowest hitting average on my team right now. Yes, even lower than my pitchers. I've been stroking with my pitchers lately.

Him having cold zones in the middle of the strike zone doesn't help. I dunno why I can't hit with him. I need to visit the batting cage.

Michael Wacha is about to be added to that list.

He just doesn't have the delivery or Pop on his stuff to fool people online.

I suck at hitting with Mike Trout. I think I'm hitting .133 with him after 30 games or so.

Why not just sell him and try it out with another superstar or legend that may perform for you?

I wouldn't say I perform badly with him per say but I definitely don't pitch anywhere near as well as I should with Jack McDowell... I really don't understand why, I like his style and everything, hrs a pretty straight forward pitcher but people just keep hitting hits off me. It'd gotten to the point where I use Verlander instead..

Yasiel Puig is my nomination. He has to EASILY be the worst 90 OVR in any sports game ever. a 65 OVR in fielding (which decreases by 20% if you move him to LF/CF), and I just can't hit anything with the guy.
