I love reverse splits guys. Justin Turner was this way in 15 as a righty vs righty. He was a fairly low bronze but had contact rhp in the high 90s (which does match his splits in real life with a TAv (true average) of .331 vs righties and .284 against lefties). I have not looked yet, but Im guessing that Turner is no longer the crazy good value he was early last year.
To add to Lefty on Lefty, Travis Shaw at first is another pretty good steal and I think either has higher con and power against lefties or is damn near the same. I will have to look that one up when I get home, but he is an extremely cheap 1B that is decent.

He also has not thrown a ton of innings in his career (last year was the first time he threw 135+ innings). With that said he has an elite K rate and is a great deal. I love pitching him but I don't think I have made it to the third inning in a conquest game with him yet.

I'll add Schwarber to the list but as a catcher of course (have no fear, he can throw guys out really well). Oh and I use Nori Aoki as my lead off. I think he is 99 con vs righties or around there. Hit a homer on the second pitch I saw on this years game with him. And Kiki Hernandez is a good utility player to have early on I think. He can play pretty much any position.
I know how they rate players but it doesn't make it right. Carrasco is not the same pitcher he was three seasons ago and holding that against him is nonsense.

I'm fine with his lower stamina as it reflects him and it's what is keeping him a silver. I'm not complaining though, that's better for me. He pitches 6-7 strong innings for me when I use him which is perfectly fine with me. That being said he is exactly what this thread is asking for and everyone should have him in their rotation, especially at this stage of the game. He will get an upgrade soon as I expect him to be a Cy young candidate this year and the improved infield defense (full season of lindor) will help his counting stats. maybe he'll finally get some respect from the stubborn fans who still cling to ERA as a measurement of effectiveness.
