I'm beginning to suspect they nerfed the XP diamond hitters. I think I've seen maybe two guys with them who have actually put up consistently good numbers.

has anybody used the SS vizquel/sandberg/brett cards?

Feel like shaking up my infield and using 2 of the 3

I've only used SS Vizquel from that bunch, but he's freaking awesome for me so far. I think he's hitting over .400 for me. I like him much better than the Ripken card. I can not hit with any Ripken card. As I have Alomar at 2B that gives me two fast switch hitters. My player created is also a fast switch hitter so that's 3. Sprinkle them throughout the lineup and it's hard to try and pull a specific pitcher in.

That's the combo I was thinking about as well, and then when Chipper comes out I'll have a 3/5 switch hitting infield lol

I replaced Reyes with Vizquel, and he seems like a good upgrade. His defense is unreal, he gets to some grounders up the middle I didn’t think was possible.

Ive been using Vizquel, but only in the event so not sure how relevant my opinion will be. He seems good though. He has that slap hitter swing that all those guys have, but I feel like hes got more gap power than say a guy like Lofton who has the same power stats essentially.
