Brock has to be in the title match. Kayfabe says so since he won at HIAC did not participate in the #1 contender matches on raw and is NOT in the SS tournament.

Kayfabe does not say that at all, there was no stip with title implications in the Cell match.

Kayfabe says he should get a title rematch at some point because in his automatic rematch clause he was attacked by Taker and the match was not completed.

However, the 3 month rule says otherwise.

I guess I meant Kayfabe Brock should want to be in the title picture because of his missed rematch opportunity and defeat of taker.
