Kirkland is looking like he will be the new 6th man for the Bearcats filling the shoes of Ex-Cat Tony Bobbitt. Cincinnati dominated Valpo in every catergory, when asked about the win, coach Huggins replied, "It feels great, nothing like a home opening win for the fans. The off-season was tough for me, and this helps in the healing process."
