The stadium sounds and crowd noise should be amazing in this game.

I do, and plan on doing the same when I play teams like an FCS team where the game may not be telecast.

Don't get me wrong, I am super excited about the emphasis on presentation.

I have said this a number of times though. Even when the series was still alive, I would sometimes miss old PS1 days. There was not a commentary team, just a PA announcer giving you the yard and distance in the pre-play and announcing the results at the end of the play. In between all of that you just had the sound of pads hitting and the school bands. Simple but effective.

It doesn't make as much sense to do this anymore with every game being televised, but I think I will still mute the commentary in my small time games when I am doing dynasties with lower level teams.

I'd love for in the future we have the 2 teams we have now plus another one that sounds like a low level broadcast and then EA also gave an option for a no commentary presentation style that had less replays and the sorts so it felt like a game that wasn't on TV.

I do wonder how much they divvy up the commentary. I know Davis did 250+ hours and Fowler did 115 hours. It just feels like the Davis/Palmer/Pollack team probably did enough recordings for every team. Whereas the Fowler/Herbstreit team did commentary for Marquee teams. I do wonder if the A Team did enough generic commentary that isn't designated for marquee games.
