So if I’m correct they are saying it’s another 7-14 days before they can fix offline dynasty, due to them having to pass certain criteria? Is that correct? If that’s true, that is not good at all for the offline dynasty player. Pretty much makes the game unplayable until they fix what they broke…I was really enjoying this game for a while until the warts starts to show up. The more I played the more broken i realized it was. Fingers crossed they can get this fixed in a quicker time frame than what’s been suggested on here.

Not questioning it to start an argument, but I don't get how they can patch online in less than a day yet they have to wait for offline fix to be approved? To me it would be the opposite as offline is just for us/doesn't effect anything/anyone else.

Again this just doesn't pass the common sense test of why you have to verify the patch/fix for offline vs online.

Some of you are saying and maybe experienced the playbook/scheme thing where if you change it, the game becomes broken. Please describe what becomes "broken". I need to watch out for this.

I think it’s 7-14 days just to pass the MS/Sony certification process. In addition to that is how long it takes them to fix stuff and finish the patch, which I think they do on a schedule. I’d bet that 7-14 days for the patch is very optimistic and we’re prolly looking at a month or so. Just speculation on my part though.

Pretty sure online dynasty can be patched on the EA server side whereas offline requires an update to the actual executable game, which requires Sony/ms’s approval process.

From what I understood, doing that changes the tendencies of a bunch of your players, which in turn changes their OVRs. I think your team’s rating can plummet by changing your scheme, and I don’t think it reverts to normal if you revert your scheme.

Like had I known this was going to happen I would’ve unplugged my PS5 from the internet and just played the game unpatched till they get around to fixing it. How do you let a bug that triggers when you view player ship? Or when you super sim?

They’re EA. They have pull. They could get a patch fast tracked. But so far they haven’t even said they’ll do that. I’ve never been this disappointed in a dev team.
