EA could take a dump in a game case, slap some box art on the cover, sell it for $49.99, and people will gobble them up. Not me. Kudos to those who still love 2004.
At least try NCAA '06 before making judgement.

Yeah...enjoy 04.

Hey...how's it feel to have the safeties make those unbelievable reads and swat the ball down? Because that crock of **** made me want to chuck that game out the window.

Nah...04 sucked. It really did. You just got a bunch of smarky game players who think it is so good.

*Standing Applause* 04' sucked the big one for me way to much of a wide open game. It was too much of a spd game. No momentum no sense of power. 06' is the best game in the series to date good mix of run/pass speed/power and best of all the Computer has been totally revamped and plays much more aggressive and dymanic. Virginia for example came out in a 3-4 and on passing downs put Ahmad the MLB at DE. I can't recommend 06' enough and you guys really need to stop with 04' it was a broken game.

Re: Ncaa 2004?

NCAA 04 is still the most fun i ever had playing a video football game by far.my friends and I used to play that game like crazy.I remember at the time,I told them that this is the best football game I had ever seen.and i've seen them all. I'm not bashing 06 just yet ,because i just got it yesterday .and i need awhile to really check it out.but so far its cool. but their has been only a few games that come to mind as far as football goes.that just blew me away right from the start...the very first GAMEDAY, NFL2K for the dreamcast,ESPN 2K5, and NCAA 2004.but as great as it was ,its time to move on.and just hope 06 can at least come close to it...AND YES 05 WAS TRASH

Re: Ncaa 2004?

wow, I wonder if some of you have even played 06.

06 is better than 04 IMO.

It does seem like the cpu adjust it's plays around your impact players...also had a real close game last night in RFTH.

In close games, it seems like the impact players make BIG plays and the CPU will try to stop it.

Overall the game is really good though, and for those people that love Dynasty...In-season recruiting is great.

I like to start off as a coach and coach a 1-star team and just try to win coach of the year every year. It is a bit easier because if you know what you are doing you can get about one or two 4* players for a 1* team.

Having much fun with 06, way better than 05 because at least passing is effective in 06.

I get the games every year just to import players into Madden, i'll play a season of NCAA and then import them into Madden...can't wait.

So why did so many of you skip 2005? What was so bad about it? I haven't played NCAA since 2003.
