I'm sitting here giggling like a girl at these pictures. Can you imagine the implications? The ball is like 4 times his size. As far as injury reports, I can picture this one:

Maestro Murphy - Deceased (stepped on and crushed)

Also, my proposal for the name of the glitch would be the "Tinkerbell Glitch." Maybe Tinkerbell is a little smaller than 7", but I'm pretty sure leprechauns are bigger than that.

That is the funniest video game hiccup/easter egg...call it what ever you want I have ever seen. I'm well in my 30's too...thought I've seen everything.
