I remember with Live 07 there was a problem transfering playbooks & roster edits and Playmaker came up with a solution. Can't quite remember how we got around it but I believe we had to use his profile when using his setting/edits. If anyone knows please chime in. Peace!!!!

Crap. Just when I had decided on the XBox 360, now I have to reconsider. I wanted a PS3, but lets face it, so far that system has been a flop, it doesn't have the developers support yet, we don't know if Blue-Rays will win the battle against HD DVDs, and the games, especially sports games, look and run better on the 360. Now this. I need to figure this out soon, because it would probably be a deal breaker for me (that's if PS3 allows sharing and 360 does not). I want accurate rosters and I want to take advantage of the hard work people in forums like this undertake to put these great roster files together for all college sports.

Any word on possible EA Locker? Not sure what that is, but I think, if present in NCAA 2008, it could get around this issue.

Is this just for roster sharing? I am assuming you can still edit player names yourself?

I'm tempted to close this thread just because it seems that its causing panic because people see the thread title and dont know there is a workaround coming.

I have faith in FK all the way....

my ONLY concern is if they (the roster makers) are tampering with gamesaves etc... is the possibility there that it could result in the banning of consoles due to the user using the tampered gamesave breaking MS' Terms of Conditions?

just a thought....
