Re: Custom sounds are way too much work

Im a noob and have never put Music on my 360, so what do I do exactly? I put a CD in there and then just go from there? I mean it sounds simple but I don't wanna end up doing one thing wrong that ends up messing everything up.

I still haven't figured this out. I tried burning a CD from a playlist in iTunes and that didn't work. Then, I tried taking my flashdrive and just copying mp3 files to it and then plugging it into the PS3 - that didn't work. I might try to put the mp3s in the PS3 folder on my flash drive next time.

U must be doing something wrong Junit. It should be working if u did what u said with your flashdrive.

Try putting a few songs on your USB stick, doesn't have to be in a ps3 folder unless you just want to, put the stick in the ps3, then tab over to music on the ps3 bar, hit triangle to copy those files to your hard drive and u should be all set at that point.

See if that works for u, good luck

Yes! You were right. They were there. I just needed to select the USB drive again and the PS3 folder or whatever populated. I copied all of them over and tadaa!

Thanks man.

Re: Custom sounds are way too much work

i have a question. has anybody tried adding several songs to 1 playlist? say i want 3 songs to be played randomly during a timeout (i dont want to hear the same song everytime a timeout is called) would that work? hopefully i can answer this myself in the morning.

unfortunately, the playlist will start at 0:00 of the playlist everytime. so the same song will always play. the game doesn't play the songs in the playlist at random.
